The prices of apartments include the charges of water, electricity, heating, local phone (non mobile) calls and Wi-Fi Internet as well. The apartments are provided with bed linen and towels according to the number of the guests. The payments should be made in AMD or in foreign currency, according to the exchange rate of the day of receiving the apartment.

How are the apartments classified? The apartments are classified according to the quality level and freshness of the repair, furniture and appliances, due to which "Premium" class is the highest and "Economy" class is the lowest. The higher the class is, the fresher and more modern the interior design of the apartments is, the wider, more comfortable and better equipped with appliances the apartments are. The "Premium" class apartments are located in new buildings, and are fully, freshly repaired and furnished.
There are also housework services carried out depending on the class category of the apartments: in "Premium" class apartments there is a free of charge housecleaning service and provision of new bed linen and towels once every 3 days, in "Standard" class apartments - once every 5 days, in "Economy" class apartments once every 10 days.
