In our Special Tour Programs we have combined the natural charm of Armenia with major national holidays. The programs represent Armenia yesterday, today and, why not, they schedule occasions for new meetings in the future. Along with the travel, they store a great chance to penetrate into the depths of the nation's inner world and to perceive the peculiarities of its collective character.
We offer a flexible cooperation complex to the travel agents. The tour packages are designed in such a way that you could add other sights or remove some of them in order to make your own schedule. The prices may undergo changes in accordance with the number of the participants of the groups. And, of course, the preparatory process and the
pre-arrangements directed towards the fulfillment of the tour package will be based on our mutual consent.

General Conditions
30% of the total program sum is to be paid 3 months prior to the group's arrival. the final payment (70% of the total sum) is to be made during the program fulfilment.
All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or e-mail. A full refund of the paid deposit will be provided for all cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival. If later, the deposit is not refunded.
The final list of the participants should be provided 30 days prior to arrival. Any participant withdrawing from the program undergoes the following penalties according to his/her balance payment:
30 - 21 prior to arrival: 30% of the program price
20 - 8 prior to arrival - 50% of the program price
7 or less days prior to arrival - 70% of the program price
If the package is booked within less than 3 months period prior to arrival, the 30% deposit is to be made upon the final confiramtion.
The parties are relieved from responsibilities, if obligations have not been fulfilled due to unexpected circumstances (earthquake, flood, war etc.).
