The houses are repaired, furnished, equipped, supplied with 24 hrs running cold and hot water. The prices of houses include the charges of water, electricity, heating, local phone (non mobile) calls. The houses are provided with bed linen and towels according to the number of the guests.
The payments should be made in AMD or in foreign currency, according to the exchange rate of the day of receiving the house.

How are the houses classified?
The houses are classified according to the quality level and freshness of the repair, furniture and appliances, due to which "A" class is the highest, and "C" class is the lowest. The higher the class is, the fresher and more modern the interior design of the houses is, the wider, more comfortable and better equipped with appliances the houses are.
There are also housework services carried out depending on the class category of the houses: in "A" class houses there is a free of charge housecleaning service and provision of new bed linen and towels once every 5 days, in "B" class houses once every 10 days.
The prices and rental conditions of "Premium" class houses are a subject to individual consideration, depending on the order.
